Course target
During this two-day course, you will be able to acquire the necessary basic knowledge and skills in business process management. This will allow you to better understand and apply BPM concepts and methods in your daily work. As part of the training, you will have the opportunity to learn more about BPM principles, modeling languages and used standards, best practices for process modeling and analysis.
